Star, as she prefers to be called, was born in a traditional Seeker of the Sun tribe on the island of Thavnair. Berated and humiliated by her family for her peculiar behavior and petulant attitude, Star attempted running away from home multiple times until one day, her 18th nameday, she boarded a boat to Eorzea. She landed in Gridania and, after using her archery skills to help the locals, met a curious Hyur and Lalafell pair...
(Star's story mostly follows the canon Warrior of Light story.)
After the events of Shadowbringers, Star returned to her home in Shirogane for some rest and relaxation before the world needed her again. By chance, she met another Warrior named Katt and fell for her. When she learned Katt planned to live in the First, Star made frequent trips to see her under the guise of delivering supplies. She helped Katt settle into a new role as a Fae Queen, along with Urianger as King.
After a time, Star began to experience frequent fatigue, but she chalked it up to all her teleportation. When it didn't improve, she saw a specialist who told her she could no longer absorb aether, and was "running on empty". In despair, Katt took her to the ruins of the Winter Court and claimed her soul, permanently placing her in perfect stasis. She could no longer age, grow ill, or grow cold. She became a part, and later another Queen, of the Unseelie Court - taking a beautiful fox form like her beloved, red streaked yellow fur.
Now, Star is attempting to rebuild her life again, trying to cope with her new home in a castle of ice and intense magic that threatens to swallow her. Though she is eternally devoted to the Winter Queen, she wishes for less loneliness...
